Jodie Goulden is Consultant and Founder of Orgdesign Works, helping organizations design and implement effective ways of working. Her career comprises more than 20 years of experience as a leader and HR professional in multinational companies, holding senior positions at BASF including Head of Global Development & Learning, and has also worked at Lucent Technologies (now Nokia) and Deloitte. Her search for adventure has led her to live and work in Germany, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, Canada, Australia, and most recently the United States, with roles in HR, Corporate Communications, and Change Consulting. He earned his MBA’84 from Stanford University and resides in Paris since 1988 with his wife and two children.
